• All applications will be held for consideration until overall booth vendor representation is determined. 

• Acceptance is based on quality, type, and content of merchandise/organization.

• My Positive Solutions LLC reserves the right not to rent space to any individual or group who is not in harmony with the principles and objectives of the event rules and has a no refund policy upon full acceptance/approval of VENDOR.

• If accepted you will have access to sale/ advertise, participate in Vendor Scavenger Hunt, and be listed on the website
